Bb.q Chicken Schaumburg

Boneless wings are frozen nugget quality at this location.Have had much better quality at other bb.q chickens, this place must have bad management.

The double fried chicken from bb.q made me want to quit my job and move back to Illinois! Bring a bb.q to Wisconsin preferably near Milwaukee or Glendale or West Bend.

The Korean fried chicken was fried to perfection, with incredible flavors. The prices were very reasonable, and the staff was friendly. This is definitely a Korean fried chicken spot we will be returning to soon.

Have tried multiple things but always go back to the secret spicy and cheesling which is amazing! Not having fountain drinks is the only downfall but the water is good so that kind of makes up for it! Otherwise the chicken is top notch and always juicy.

The server made quite a few mistakes on our order and it wasn't handled very well. I was very annoyed but the owner of the restaurant did everything to help and even gave us a coupon for next time, as a means of apology. While the chicken was moist and crispy , I just felt the flavors just weren't that great.... They were tasting like one trick ponies.... Although the cheese ones were yummy and definitely different and worth getting. I also thought the prices were for wings- 13-14 for 8 wings is pretty steep, plus 1.50 for rice plus charge for more sauce so it's not a reasonable night out.

I came here for the first time last week and tried the lunch special. It comes with wings, fries and a can of soda for around $13 I believe.The honey garlic wings were absolutely delicious. I would probably give them a 9/10 rating. The flavor was spot on and the wings were cooked to perfection. The cheesling flavor was OK. It's definitely sweet cheese, I don't think I would get those again. My fiancé did not really like them. I placed three separate online orders: two 8-piece wings of the same flavor and one 8-piece of a different kind. After picking them up, I noticed I only had two boxes on my way home. I called to express my concern because I ordered three items, which were meant for my coworkers. I was informed that they pack 16 wings in 2 boxes, but I only ordered 16 wings, not a single order of 16. When I pointed this out, they told me I should have specified to keep the orders separate. Why should I have to do that when I made three distinct orders? Combining two separate orders just because they’re the same flavor shows poor customer service.
