"Friends, avoid this location in Green at all costs. The manager invited me to post about our negative experience so I?m doing so. We?ve been customers for 10 years. Tonight, after calling to let them know we were short two sandwiches that we?d paid for and were willing to come back for, we were screamed at, berated, and accused of being scammers and liars. I let him know I was on my way to collect our food. He hung up on me. When I arrived 10 minutes later at the store, I was polite, steady, and merely said I was there to pick up my two gyros that didn?t make their way into the bag. He waved his hands and yelled at me, saying ?I have never made a mistake, ever. I might forget a sauce but I have NEVER made a mistake on any order! Bring me the sandwiches back and I?ll give you your money and I never want to see you again!? I explained calmly that my two daughters were consuming them, but that my husband and I needed our sandwiches. He basically threw me out of his store. I said my husband works down the street and we patronize this store frequently and have for more than a decade. The owner waved me away after just looking at me with complete contempt and anger and hatred. He seemed, to be honest, not entirely lucid. Please spread the word we will find another Euro Gyro to patronize, but please don?t give this store your business."
