"When we reached the counter, the cashier was busy assisting another customer, but soon a staff member came to help us. She was very professional and even engaged my husband in conversation about LA. After taking our order, she surprisingly stepped away from her break to assist us, which I thought was excellent customer service. I made sure to thank her for taking the time to help us.
From the front counter, we could see the kitchen area, and it was just as clean. The two gentlemen cooking appeared to be very efficient and clearly knew their jobs well.
During our visit, I used the restroom and was again impressed by its cleanliness, with tidy paper towels and clean floors. The only downside was that the hand soap could be better, as it was quite watered down, but at least they provided something.
Now, let's talk about the food! Wow! The portions are enormous! My husband and I had to share a pastrami burrito, and it was absolutely delicious! I won't lie—I almost felt like taking a nap afterwards!
Overall, the customer service and food were fantastic. If you’re trying to watch your figure, this might not be the best place for you, but if you're looking for a great comfort meal, this is definitely the spot! Plus, the prices are very reasonable!"
