"I was searching for a catering service when I discovered Seasons Catering and Events, which led me to 301 Catering. I emphasized that I was specifically inquiring about catering for the cocktail hour of my wedding. However, they kept asking me questions about who was handling my main catering, who was providing the cake, what type of alcohol would be available, and details about the ceremony and meal timing. Despite my attempts to redirect the conversation back to my initial inquiry, all I could gather about the cocktail hour was that they offer a variety of options."

"My friend and I recently went to Wrightsville Beach. To say we “ate” here, wouldn’t be adequate. We dined here! We didn’t stay at the hotel but they still take reservations. We requested the patio and it was beautiful. We had the pimento cheese appetizer and some cocktails. We splurged on dinner and had the Maine Lobster. We didn’t want to get messy but Nathan said they would dress it for us. It was a $10 up charge but we were glad to pay it. They plated it beautifully and it came with squash/zucchini, roasted fingerling potatoes, drawn butter and the obligatory bib! Nathan was great and the food was delicious! This was a nice walk on the beach from our condo. Wrightsville Beach is doing a great job of taking safety measures to make you feel safe. So much so, that I emailed their Mayor, Darryl Mills. I will definitely visit again next year."

"This unique Tavern serves a variety of food and beverages. Reservations are highly recommended because they fill up fast. The other option is the bar which many walk ins had to do. If that is the only option, hopefully John is the bartender server. He is fast, efficient, and very friendly so were the other patrons seated at the bar. Be sure to ask for bread the dinner rolls are accompanied with butter and a fruit flavored butter. Top your meal of with an ice cream cone which may be purchased inside or at the window a designated times. This place is definitely worth the visit!"

"Crab dip was subpar but steamed shrimp was awesome. Server never cleared the table before bringing out more food. Then the runner looked confused when I asked her to remove the dirty plates first. My husband noticed the building was under negative air pressure caused from Kitchen hood exhaust (kitchen saloon doors sucked in) causing hot humid exterior air to rush into the restaurant when the exterior doors would open. Sit away from doors if you want A/C. Outdoor seating looked nice and led to long pier on the water."

"We love Waterloo’s food. It never disappointments when dining in. We ordered food to go for the third time, and will never do it again. There seems to be no quality control on to go orders. Food portions are different than dining in. Items have been missing or it doesn’t taste the same because ingredients are lacking that ordinarily have plenty enough to make it a bowl, or an entree. My salad arrived already mixed with dressing and so much that it was entirely soggy and not edible. The bowl had rice and chicken only, the guacamole on the side was old and had the seed from the top of an avocado mixed in it. The pork street tacos tasted like someone poured mezcal tequila in them and not the same smoke they usually have. That combined with the regular tendon/gristle that is ordinarily in the pork, I ate one taco of all the food ordered. My partner had to eat something else bc the bowl was sparse and missing ingredients. I won’t order food to go any longer."

"Outstanding food. Horrendous service. We've been there a few times in the past year, and each time the service has been terrible. It seems that every server wants to be anywhere else but there. They're curt, they don't follow up, any request is usually met with a heavy sigh and an eye roll and their customer service skills are grossly lacking. We've somewhat grown accustomed to it, but it does make for a less than pleasant experience. It's not enjoyable when your server acts as if you are a huge inconvenience. The positive spin is you won't have to spend much on a tip because when it's time to pay the bill, you won't want to leave much. Yeah. They're that unpleasant and unfriendly. Too bad because again their food is very good. They just need to get some servers in there that know the meaning of good customer service."
