"Since moving to Alaska we have been looking for a sushi place. Coming from Hawaii we are very particular about the quality and selection of sushi we are able to get. After looking around we decided to try I Luv Sushi. The selections of sushi were more than I expected. The prices were fair for the quality of ingredients used. Being that it was New Years Eve, the restaurant was slightly busy and the sushi chef had quite a few orders to fulfill. The chef stood behind a refrigerated bar and cut the fish to order. It was about a twenty to twenty five minute wait for our order to be completed. Again we didn’t mind because of the holiday. The hostess/waitress who was running around herself was cheerful and kept checking on us throughout our wait. We would recommend this place to others and will be back."
