"What happened to this place? I remember when they first opened, they were really fantastic. But I have to admit, I was absolutely not impressed. When I walked in, roughly around 2:00 in the afternoon on a Sunday, the place was completely dead. Maybe one or two tables were being occupied but for the most part it was overwhelmingly empty. I know bad sign right? Lady tells me I could take a seat at this booth and points at it, so I do so she brings me a menu and then proceeds to wait 15 minutes to take my order while she's taking phone call order after phone call order. I don't know about you, but this is always been a distinctly big pet peeve of mine, I'm here in person right now, wanting to get it right now. The phone should not be a priority over people sitting at a table waiting to put down an order. But it was. After 15 minutes she finally came over and brought me a salad and a soup with absolutely no utensils to eat it with. I had to get up and go snag chopsticks from another table. The water was also completely disgusting, straight treated City water. Nothing about it to clean up the flavor at all either, not really a good combo with sushi where you would want something very clean. Finally after I put in my order after waiting all of this time, it took another 40 minutes to get a small plate of sushi. This place is dead, there was a slight amount of traffic coming into pick up to go orders, but it was still completely dead. When the sushi arrived, it was formed very mediocre Lee and the cuts were fairly thin. Some of the fish tasted a little old and rank and they didn't really come off like they were very chilled. Overall the flavor was significantly underwhelming. The presentation was okay, but as you can see in the picture I provided of what I ordered, nothing about this was worth $30 let alone waiting an hour for it. I don't know what happened to this place, but I suggest you just go to Ronnie's like you know you should."
