"I am freezing in this restaurant, but not anymore. I am tired of their attitude towards supplies and how they make us wait for our food. This is the 10th time I have had to wait half an hour for a simple curry, even when they are not busy. The customer has already paid and deserves to be treated like any other person. It is incredibly unprofessional and rude for them to make us wait longer, costing us money as drivers. I will not be eating here again and do not recommend it to others. It is frustrating how they treat delivery drivers, especially during the pandemic."
