"My experience at Hutch was absolutely awful. They made us wait 20 minutes past our reservation before seating us, and then it took another 15 minutes for a server to come to our table. When he finally arrived, he admitted he didn't know he was supposed to be our server. After giving us two free appetizers to make up for the wait, we placed our drink order, but it took another 30 minutes for the drinks to arrive. When our food finally came 30 minutes after that, it was cold, unappetizing, and all around disappointing. I used to enjoy going to Hutch, but after this experience, I have no intention of returning. The waiter was apologetic, but he was inefficient, unmotivated, and did not take appropriate action to rectify the situation. The free cold appetizers were not enough to make up for the poor service we received. This was a clear example of a restaurant failing to meet the standards of good business."
