"I decided to try Donato’s because my friend raved about the pizza. Although the pizza is good, the customer service was terrible. The service was slow, and the lady behind the counter made 20 pizzas before mine although I had ordered before everyone in line. Supposedly they messed up my order (which I understand happens), but they were not even sympathetic and told me to deal with it. I eventually got my food as the place cleared out. They continuously said my name wrong after correcting them. My friend got a Sierra Mist and it was flat. When asked if she could have another drink, their response was “it’s the bottle’s fault, I can’t do anything about it.” There was also a guy screaming about sauces and talking badly about customers. They were eating food in front of us while they were “so busy” that they couldn’t make my food. I have worked in the pizza restaurant industry for many years, and this was the absolute worst customer service I have experienced. I am a paying customer and would not give my money to this establishment again."
