"I've visited this restaurant several times for both dine-in and takeout, but today’s takeout experience was my last for a while. I placed an online order at 10:40 with a scheduled pickup time of 11:21. I arrived at the restaurant around 11:30, anticipating some delays as I know they can be slow. After waiting about 15 minutes, I inquired about my order and was told they were still working on it. About 10 minutes later, I asked again and learned that the salmon croquettes had to be remade, but they assured me they would be ready in about 2 minutes. However, I didn’t receive my food for another 10 minutes after that. There was no communication regarding the need to remake my order, nor was I informed of the delay when I arrived. Although I enjoy this restaurant, I won’t be going back until I can be sure that they can prepare orders promptly. I wasn’t offered an apology or any gesture to acknowledge the inconvenience. My main frustration was the lack of communication! Keeping customers informed about their order status could prevent a lot of frustration and allow them to make other choices. Please improve!"
