"I had a truly disappointing experience with the customer service and food at this restaurant. I ordered through DoorDash, and half of my order was missing. When I called the restaurant to check if the items were included, the woman on the phone kept interrupting me and insisted that I reach out to DoorDash instead. The appropriate response would have been, “We apologize for the inconvenience. Your food was indeed placed in your bag. Please contact DoorDash for a refund, and we apologize for the trouble. Feel free to call us back if you have any questions or concerns.” It’s important to remember that they have a partnership with DoorDash; they’re not completely separate entities. Furthermore, the food I did receive was just average. I won’t be returning, and I’ll make sure to share my negative experience with others about China Moon. To add insult to injury, they also charged me extra for an item they had to replace because it was unavailable. Unbelievable!"
