"I had a truly disappointing experience with the customer service and food at this restaurant. I ordered through DoorDash, and half of my order was missing. When I called the restaurant to check if the items were included, the woman on the phone kept interrupting me and insisted that I reach out to DoorDash instead. The appropriate response would have been, “We apologize for the inconvenience. Your food was indeed placed in your bag. Please contact DoorDash for a refund, and we apologize for the trouble. Feel free to call us back if you have any questions or concerns.” It’s important to remember that they have a partnership with DoorDash; they’re not completely separate entities. Furthermore, the food I did receive was just average. I won’t be returning, and I’ll make sure to share my negative experience with others about China Moon. To add insult to injury, they also charged me extra for an item they had to replace because it was unavailable. Unbelievable!"

Best Chinese takeout in the metro. Been a loyal customer for years now and am finally leaving a 5 star review. They have NEVER let me down. One time, a doordasher accepted my order and never showed up- the owner remade all my food and dropped it off herself!! Not to mention how lit the sesame chicken is.

We got take out last night and I had hot and sour soup and shrimp chop suet. Everything arrived hot and good. Also we got rice and crunchy lo mein noodles. Food was good- not great but tasty nevertheless. Hot and sour soup was ordered medium spicy but it seemed a little more than that. Still very nice. Chop suet had decent amounts of shrimp. China moon is a go-to. I like near it and it's consistent and good. Employees/owners are very friendly to top off the good food. I'd say this is a perfectly average Chinese food restaurant with friendly service and consistent options. Parking is easy. Note that they are closed on Tuesday. Ambiance is bearish mostly because it is primarily a takeout restaurant (and I'm sure Covid reduced dine-ins). Overall, if you're nearby, want good food for good value and good and friendly service, I recommend China Moon.

Little ma and pa Chinese place. Great food. First time ever here. I came from out of town to visit a friend who was having a medical emergency. I really enjoyed the sweet and sour chicken. The customer service could use a little work. I was ignored when I asked for a working pen multiple times to sign my receipt. The lady just kept on doing other things and made me wait another 5 minutes.
