"I want to like this place. I really do. The burgers are good. Some of the sides are good. But it's a BBQ restaurant and their BBQ just isn't very good. But it's the only BBQ place near me so I keep trying. For awhile I figured out that the brisket sandwich was pretty good, so that's what I would always order. But lately, every time I go in, the brisket is dry and tough and I just can't do it any more. I easily smoke better BBQ in my backyard, but sometimes you just want to go sit somewhere and enjoy the atmosphere and a nice meal. I have sadly given up on When Pigs Fly."
