"We had made a reservation through OpenTable but ended up waiting an hour for a table. When we were finally seated, they tried to put us at a cold bar table by the door, which I didn't accept. I requested a proper table, and after some time, they finally accommodated us. Although the staff was very polite, the overbooking and lack of regard for our reservation left a bad taste in my mouth, making it unlikely that I'll return. While we were waiting, we were offered cocktails, but given the long wait, there was no effort to provide a round of drinks. To be clear, the food, ambiance, and waiting staff were all fantastic, but the lengthy wait created a very disappointing first impression."
