"We were served by a teenage boy at Cold Stone Creamery tonight who was wearing headphones, which was quite off-putting. He didn’t seem to be fully attentive when we requested larger cups for our ice creams to prevent them from leaking over the sides, and he completely ignored our request. To top it all off, when we were paying, he pointed to the credit card machine and said, "this is where you tip," which felt quite presumptuous. It seems he could use some guidance in customer service and manners from both his management and his parents."
