"I am very hesitant to write a bad review, but I believe the experience I had at this Coldstone warrants warning others. I was celebrating a birthday with my girlfriend and we wanted to have a dessert. We went to Coldstone. The ice cream is soup, it was afew degrees from being pure liquid. I am not joking when I say I have had icee?s and milkshakes thicker than this ice cream. They charge an ultra premium price of $8 for the smallest cup, but the ice cream I had was not worth it had it been free. I willnot be back and I can only recommend that if you go bring a straw because the spoon is not the proper utensil for the roomtemperature soup they call ice cream."

Ice cream was just okay with hastily mixed ingredients. The entire experience was just mediocre.

Don’t come here unless you want to be served soup for $14. Literally handed me a cup full of slosh. You moved the cup around and saw the “ice cream” slosh around. Terrible experience. They also ask you for a tip when they don’t even give you a spoon for your slosh.

The employees seem to be hanging out in the back and avoiding their work. It's strange that they only accept cash every night, and it seems like the machine malfunctions quite often. Additionally, they start bringing out the chairs almost two hours before closing time. I'm considering applying for a job there, but it doesn’t seem like a very busy place, and they close quite early. View menu

This restaurant is a prime example of poor business practices and even worse management. My wife ordered a birthday cake online, but when she went to pick it up, it wasn't there. Apparently, they failed to check the online orders. The lone employee in the shop did her best to contact the management but to no avail, and she was unable to issue a refund for the cake. A day later, no manager had reached out to rectify this significant error. It's just unacceptable.

yikes! I've been in cold stone since a while, as in my city there are not many places. for an egg called 's oreo overloading, oreo undercharge is more like it. I understand that they had a lot of training, but for a $8 I would hope they can do it right. the manager had to correct the hired before he gave it to us (he only filled about half the cup), but it was still underwhelming. very small Oreo pieces inside. no wonder that so many cold stones have closed in houston!

Wow! I haven't been to Cold Stone in a while, especially since there aren’t many locations in my city. I ordered the "Oreo Overload," but it felt more like an "Oreo Undercharge." I understand they go through a lot of training, but for $8, I expected it to be done right. The manager had to step in and correct the staff before handing it to us since it was only filled about halfway, but even then, it was still disappointing. There were very few Oreo pieces inside. It's no surprise that so many Cold Stone locations have closed in Houston!

As an ice cream enthusiast, it saddens me to write this review. My boyfriend and I went to this Cold Stone to celebrate his birthday. We ordered one of the featured creations to share and what we got was not ice cream but rather room temperature soupwith the most unappetizing appearance. Paying a premium for a small cup of soup was very disappointing. We had planned to get asmall pint of sweet cream to go but we are relieved we didn?t order the two items together. Saved us over $10 but still at aloss for the $8 small cup of NOT ice cream.
