"I made reservations for New Years Day for a friend’s birthday. When we arrived, the doors were locked and were informed by a passerby that they were closed due to a NYE event they had the previous night. Obviously, they knew they were going to be closed, which should have been stated on their website, so reservations could not be made. We were not informed until we went down there to fulfill our reservation. There was another couple at the door that had also made reservations. I just think it was very poor decorum to accept a reservation when they knew they would be closed on New Years Day."
