"A beautiful restaurant in downtown Placerville, California. Great atmosphere, excellent service and, for the most part, really good food. The one-star deduction is because I think that a great Mexican restaurant should have great salsa. Cascada's salsa is really bland with zero spice. Tip: if you ask, they will provide some habanero sauce that you can add to the salsa. Careful ... it's really hot, but it does improve the salsa."
