"Not much to say about this coffee shop. It's a coffee shop. The employees are nice. It's a good area to come grab some coffee or tea, maybe a snack, and catch up with family or friends. Maybe even to catch up with colleagues or business partners. It's definitely not as crowded as Starbucks would be, and theirs enough seating for everyone (indoors outdoors). The only downfall is that theirs only one large table in the shop, if your looking to go with a big group. Other than that, its a comfortable place to sit and relax at, and/or to get homework, business work, or any similar work done."

"Horrendous entitled staff. Or they hire people with mental health struggles, in that case I take it back. I once asked for a cup of water, and the barrista made me repeat myself 4 times when his colleague stepped in and took over. He then brought me a spoon! I believed he was mentally challenged as this is what he identified himself to be, now I am certain it was just an excuse to dodge any blame. And again, I was there, and another barrister made me repeat the word Tea a few times as if he could not understand it. How can anyone not understand the word, Tea? It is impossible to mispronounce that even if you are from another planet. I had to step back giving the benefit of doubt. By now I am very certain the staff does this on purpose to boost their egos and make themselves feel powerful at the cost of the guests. Looking forward to my next visits"

"Matcha was ok kinda sweet but they make it like that everywhere now. The employees need customer service training. The girl taking my ordering looked so miserable I really wanted to ask her if she was ok. The other guys where just talking and laughing sometimes at customers. One lady spilled her hot coffee all over and ended up burning herself and they kid just apologized but laughed right after which is not ok. When she confronts him about it, he just replies that he gets burned all the time, which to me is very rude just apologize sincerely and that is it."

"I went in to grab a coffee and a pastry, but my experience was far from pleasant. When I arrived, the staff completely ignored me, even after I greeted them. Nobody came to ask what I wanted. I asked if I could wash my hands, since there was no one at the register, and was told that they don’t have a bathroom. I also noticed that no one seemed interested in taking my order; when I inquired again, I was simply told to wait. Ultimately, I decided to leave. It's shocking to me that a place serving food doesn’t have a handwashing facility and lacks basic customer service skills. This level of disrespect is unacceptable, yet they continue to operate."
