"Not much to say about this coffee shop. It's a coffee shop. The employees are nice. It's a good area to come grab some coffee or tea, maybe a snack, and catch up with family or friends. Maybe even to catch up with colleagues or business partners. It's definitely not as crowded as Starbucks would be, and theirs enough seating for everyone (indoors outdoors). The only downfall is that theirs only one large table in the shop, if your looking to go with a big group. Other than that, its a comfortable place to sit and relax at, and/or to get homework, business work, or any similar work done."

Great coffee, but a slightly lonely atmosphere. I’m glad to know The Coffee Bean still exists. Camarillo’s just a little weird.

Soothing atmosphere, gorgeous decoration and tree filled petite outdoor area... that and delicious coffee. Wish I lived closer to this place and could stop by more often. I got the Brad Pitt and the Strawberry Ricotta toast. Yum!

As always the coffee was awesome! Purchased a iced blended mocha and it was spot on. Service was great and everyone had a positive attitude and extremely friendly. Everyone likes what they like when it comes to their coffee, but Coffee Bean hasalways been my favorite.

This Coffee Bean has to be one olf the worst one's I've gone to so far this year. I assumed the Oxnard was top in bad service but this one takes the cake. Customer service is horrible, they are the opposite of nice! Then they wonder why Starbucks of topchoice! Plus it was impossible for me to connect to the free wifi ????

Horrible customer service. I asked for the Wi-Fi password and the lady I asked was not only sarcastic with me yet mean. She laughed as if I should know better that they don?t have Wi-Fi. I?m new in town and no, I don?t know. Plus, what coffee placedoesn?t have Wi-Fi? On top of that, I asked for a cup of water and I was charged $0.50

"Was visiting Camarillo area with the family to visit friends, and we decided to eat here since the reviews mentioned a conveyor belt for sushi, and having been stationed in Japan, we missed those types of sushi places where you can pick plates off the conveyor belt and pay for the plates you pick. Unfortunately, the conveyor belt is shut down as a COVID precaution, which is understandable but still disappointing, so we ordered sushi rolls which were really good.I enjoyed the cherry roll and honeymoon roll, while my wife had the shrimp tempura roll and an order of baked green mussels. The food we ordered was outstanding. My daughter played it safe with the California roll, which she thoroughly enjoyed with gyoza as an appetizer. The kids' menu selections were very limited with only two choices, a chicken teriyaki bento plate or beef beef teriyaki bento plate which also comes with miso soup. If your kids really enjoy teriyaki which my middle son does, then the amount of food for the price $9.99 is a great deal...the bento has tempura shrimp and vegetables and a single gyoza, rice, and the aforementioned soup. My youngest son, however, made due with the grilled salmon bowl. He is usually a big fan of grilled salmon marinated in mirin, which is what most Japanese restaurants serve, but the grilled salmon here didn't hit the spot for him. The grilled salmon bowl was the only miss in all the dishes we had.Hopefully next time we visit the conveyor belt is back in action. As a regular sushi restaurant, the sushi is good and are the highlight as they should be. The fish to rice ratio was just right and definitely satisfies that sushi craving if you're in the area.Kid-friendliness: Very limited kids' menu selection, consisting of a chicken teriyaki or beef teriyaki bento meal. However, the value for the amount of food for the kids'meal if they like teriyaki is really good. Servers were friendly towards children."

"Located right off the 101 freeway, upscale barbecue restaurant Wood Ranch has consistently served up Camarillo's best food for years. Speaking as a native Southern foodie--who grew up 100 miles from New Orleans and who has lived in Texas, South Carolina and close to Memphis--I'd rank their ribs, pulled pork, etc. right up there with the best. Not to mention an enticing array of sides, such as tangy peanut cole slaw, fluffy baked potatoes always freshly cooked, and The Very Best sweet potato fries around. Lunch specials include fun foods like beef and pork sliders, and their creative salads and chicken tortilla soup are great for lighter appetites. No matter what you choose, don't say no to their signature garlic rolls! Their wine selection is excellent, offering a carefully curated selection of California's best wine values. On Tuesdays they place all wines on 30% discount, and they now offer 10% off glasses of all their wines during weekday happy hour from 3-6! There are three seating areas: indoor booths with subdued lighting, bar with booths and bistro tables, and a double-decker semi-enclosed heated patio (our favorite . But don't be fooled by the burgers and bbq, this is a fine dining restaurant with excellent service offered in a casual atmosphere--the best of all worlds. Dietary restrictions: For medical reasons, my diet is not just gluten-free but grain-free. This is my go-to local restaurant because of the variety of options I have. (Of course, if you are a sensitive celiac, you need to be careful."

"Well we kept seeing this restaurant on Open Table and since we eat out a lot and love Italian cuisine we are Sicilian); we thought let’s try it. Online menu was very good seemed convenient, intimate and lovely. Yes, the restaurant is intimate small but nicely set up and lovely, simple setting inside. Ordered drinks mine glass of wine) came back wrong but they fixed it without issue. Appetizer time we ordered the Bruschetta. We had 6 people 5 adults, 1 child. The waiter said there are 3 pieces to an order of Bruschetta so we ordered 2 orders. They came OH GEESE) it’s there house bread sliced very thin, lightly toasted with olive oil and a tomato mix. Now $10.00 for 3 SMALL not exaggerating pieces of Bruschetta, which for us was $20.00 for 6 2 orders of Bruschetta) was absurd. Too little for so much. We then order salads entrees. My Husband ordered their fish special “Ahi tuna” with a Caesar salad with anchovies, me shrimp scampi with caprese salad, my son pasta with butter cheese. The other guests did pastas and a chicken parmigiana. My salad was great gigantic and fresh. My husbands salad Caesar) was tiny you could see the plate literally like a cup of romaine. Then 4 small anchovies. Dinner I tried my husbands ahi the special of the night) OMG NOT good fish, extremely fishy. Clearly not a sushi grade fish for seared ahi dish. I told my husband I had taken a small piece to try) not to eat it’s not cooked. He tried looks at me and agrees not good, very fishy. He tells the waitress and she doesn’t hassle offers a new dish. He orders my scampi. So dinner is okay at best. My sons penne pasta with butter is not even cooked. Bill comes a joke. My scampi is $19 my hubbys scampi $23 WHAT??? Then charged $4 for anchovies which we were never told. Look, we will not be back. Not a traditional Italian establishment not worth it, not good! Do not waste your money, too over priced for food not well made."
