"I usually have a fantastic time at this restaurant. I really enjoy the atmosphere and the convenience of being able to visit the Wreck for a mid-drink. However, my experience on Halloween was quite disappointing. It seemed unnecessary to have only one bar in the place staffed with four bartenders and just one barback. We waited over thirty minutes for a drink without even being acknowledged, which ultimately led us to leave the bar in frustration. I don't mind waiting in line, but having that many people present without sufficient staff is a management issue. If you need more help, hire additional staff. Despite that setback, we still had a great time and would recommend it, but maybe avoid going on holidays."
