"lady on the phone was very rude to us when calling to place an order. asked if a hot dog meal came with fries and a drink, she said “yeah that’s what a meal is”. and we ordered steak tacos, with an attitude asked us “so beef or steak??”… said i’m sorry we asked for steak tacos, we asked if they had cilantro and she rudely said “no.”. we ordered hot dogs just pickles, i asked for plain hotdogs with pickle only, and she just said “yeah that’s not plain. plain is nothing and you want pickles so” like wow! came to come pick up the order, said it would be ready in 10 minutes, was more like 20. we told the lady at the front desk that we had a pick up, and after 20 minutes they asked us “is this your order?” and it turned out to be ours. our food was cold by the time we got home too, no wonder why because it was sitting there. got back home, there was a piece of HAIR in the fries, our hotdogs with pickles only had everything on them… called to let them know that they were wrong and she seemed to not even wanna be bothered to help us fix it. we normally have such good experiences here. maybe everyone was in a bad mood for working the holiday. edit: was reading through other 1-star reviews, and this was one of their responses!! incredibly rude."
