"Ordered 3 combos to go while in the store. Asked for 2 combo plates and those were rung up correctly. I looked up at the menu board to order another combo, and while my eyes were away the cashier changed the $13+ combo to alicart $12 with no beans, rice, or drink. I ordered the 3rd combo, and she rang up $8 alicart plus $5 meat charge for $13 with no beans, rice, or drink. Caught the switch on the 3rd combo and had it changed back to $13+ combo. Then after pay what looks the correct total, find the first 2 combos are only $8 alicart items changed at $12 each. So it is $5 more for each pair of beans and rice w/o drink. The cashier even rang up the separate beans and rice as drive thru to make it look like two different customers. Very dishonest $17 for each of $13 combos still w/o drinks. The cashier was so happy with the trick she played. Net $8 overcharge and short 2 drinks. Even worse this time (first time) the food was bad. The lettuce was soggy and the chimmis were drowned floating in water."
