"This is traditional western KY barbecue, which follows the recipe of a cooker out back, well-stocked with hardwood for the slow cooking process. Purists like me, that were raised on this kind of food, prefer it without sauce or even a bun, and the serving I got was about 8 Oz of heaven. My grandson is a heathen from up nawth sumwheres, and he wanted a corn dog, and it came in short chunks that reminds me of pigs in a blanket, along with a healthy dose of crinkle cut French fries that probably came out of a big bag. He doesn't even know how to eat them with ketchup as a proper lad would. 10/10 would eat here again, for the good BBQ, served outdoors, under roof, at a picnic table. Not fancy, just good."
