"We stopped by for a quick lunch and were somewhat surprised to find that the menu didn't have a wide selection of barbecue options, despite the tempting photos online and the restaurant's name. The barbecue we tried was just average. My partner ordered a burger that was fairly mediocre, lacking flavor and dressing. I opted for the pulled pork sandwich, which was also just okay. The biggest letdown was the fries. They looked good when they first arrived, but were cold and quickly became hard. On a positive note, I thoroughly enjoyed a fantastic Kolsch—one of the best I've ever had—and the barbecue sauce was decent. Our server was friendly, which enhanced our overall experience."

Smoke done right! Great BBQ pork sandwich, homemade chips were crisp and not greasy, and the Brisket has the thickest smoke ring I’ve seen at a BBQ restaurant in a while. Love the Bold BBQ sauce. Definitely worth the pit stop!

Restaurant was changed to a diner, and the pictures/menu on previous reviews are no longer what they serve. Everything was okay, but I found it odd for a 20 percent gratuity to be added automatically when you get your food at the counter, so there was no actual service aside from paying at the register. Disappointed that the BBQ is gone.

We were quite let down by the recent changes at this restaurant. The new menu doesn't really suit our taste, but that shouldn't stop you from checking it out. Our main issue, though, is their choice to use disposable containers for all food deliveries. In a time when recycling and environmental care are crucial, it's disappointing to see them using styrofoam containers that won't decompose.

The chicken looked fantastic and had a wonderfully crispy texture, but unfortunately, it lacked flavor. My son came to the same conclusion independently—while it looked great, the only taste it had was a faint hint of the oil it was fried in. Despite that, we finished everything and are likely to return to try the burgers, which I've heard are quite good.
