"The food was really good. I enjoyed their hot tea, didn't know they had hot tea so it was a nice surprise. Now the only thing I did not like was the seating. You'd think for the prices they charge the seating would be better. We were seated at a booth, but the back of the booth where I sat was the back of the booth for the other guest and they seemed to be enjoying themselves because they kept kicking the back of which was shared by both and it was not fun. Kinda like a kid kicking the back of a chair like in an airplane. I asked them to stop which they did , but every movement they made I could feel . It's like the back of the booth are hollow,they need cushions or something to separate them or make them more comfortable. Seriously Los Compadres has better booths then Macaroni Grill."

"We ordered chickens Alfredo, which was fresh, cheesey and creamy. The children Alfredo were generously cut and also delicious! We have undermined the Alfredo noodles with penne and capellini noodles, which is nice to have this option. I ordered the construction of your own, with Capellini noodles, a mixture of arrabiata and creamy garlic sauce (Göttin!) and roasted garlic, tomatoes and Italian sausage. It was also delicious! The bread was fresh and naturally delicious. My only negative assessment concerns the price. I get that most businesses have increased prices, but the cost per dish here is a little high, in my opinion, especially if you want to add meat to your meal to your own $4 for Italian sourage is a but steep on the $18 pasta. At least the portion size is large enough to take something home for another meal."

"Not sure what the dynamics internally were but the person waiting on us clearly did not want to be there. We found out after we ordered there was a Valentine’s Day special; we ordered three appetizers all of which were cold and arrived at different times, one being when our food arrived. I have a milk allergy and no one could confirm my pasta was without the cream sauce although it was creamy looking….. she yelled over, it’s fine. We were offered no grated cheese, one drink refill, the check before dessert and a crumbled receipt. The restaurant was littered with dirty tables and dishes piling up on the islands in the middle of the restaurant and bar area. I brought my date there for Valentine’s Day because i hadn’t been to a MG since 1998, but i wish we went elsewhere."

"Arrived at 8pm on a Saturday. Waiting 20 mins for a server to acknowledge us, at which time, another table was sat and began ordering before our server approached. When the server finally arrived, she was extremely unprofessional and unpleasant. She treated us as an inconvenience. Her appearance wasn 't hygienic at all: curled up, dirty finger nails, attire was filthy, we ordered coffee, she said no coffee . She was over the top disgusting. We just got up and left. For the price point of this restaurant, service and cleanliness should be a top priority. I 've visit this location 4 times over the last 10 years and have only had one pleasant experience. That 's exactly why we just got up and left because we already knew it wasn 't going to get any better. There are plenty other reviews here that give a very similar testimony. So, from now on, I 'll bypass the chain altogether. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS RESTAURANT TO ANYONE."

"To start, I found the food to be underwhelming. Since our party was large, we were offered a limited menu. While the Alfredo was decent, the steak was overcooked and dry, and the salmon was quite standard. The appetizers were the one bright spot, but overall, the dishes lacked seasoning and had a very dull flavor. Now, let me explain why this place is not suitable for large gatherings. We were a party of 20 and encountered significant miscommunication from the restaurant. We were misled on several aspects, which added to our disappointment."

"The mac and cheese was really delicious, but the chicken was a big letdown. I ordered a classic mac and added chicken parmesan, but the chicken tasted cheap and overcooked. I also tried the pesto chicken mac, which had fantastic pasta and flavor, but unfortunately, the grilled chicken was very disappointing—it had a rubbery texture, similar to pre-cooked chicken strips. I would definitely order it again, but without any meat. The chicken just wasn’t good and made me feel nauseous. If it weren’t for the bad meat, I would probably give it a rating of 4 to 5 stars."
