"Today, on or about 4:30pm, I walked in and wanted to place an order from the kids menu. The woman at the counter gave me the blue kids menu to fill out. I said I would like the mac and cheese and the meatballs. She said, it comes with two sides pickyour sides. So, I selected the hummus and cucumber. I gave her my credit card, she said 22.00. I was surprised for a kids macand cheese and meatball that comes with ?two sides.? The blue menu has a price of 8.99? I said how can this be 22.00? Then Ilooked at the menu board above the register is reads 9.99. I asked for my credit card back and left the store. I don?t know ifsomeone is looking for extra cash from customers or what. She couldn?t explain why it came to 22.00. This is unacceptableespecially from an unfriendly worker. Further, this woman needs customer service training. I will never go back again."

"I have dined at this restaurant before. I enjoy the food and watching games in a nice family-friendly atmosphere. Yesterday evening, I visited between 7-9pm and sat at the bar due to it being crowded. I ordered a beer and a glass of water. The bartender, Rob, provided poor customer service, as I had to get my own bowl of food and ask for everything. This experience was disappointing, especially since I have been a loyal customer for years. Despite this, the atmosphere is nice and there are good options for children on the menu. "Let me start off by saying the food is typically delicious. We have been here more then 5 times. It's very hit and miss with service. We always have a very long wait time- and not because they are busy. This particular visit was not great. The management was berating the staff publicly, many of the workers were glaring at customers and you could tell they didn't care or were having a very bad day. The workers who were genuinely trying their best seemed very nervous and it just felt like a bad environment energy wise. I try to give the benefit of the doubt and hope that this was just a fluke. Wait times and cook times are generally quite long for this restaurant so I wasn't expecting a lot, but they fell under even that. They forgot to make my sons food all together after we got ours (40 min after leaving it up at the grill) and forgot all of our extras more then 3 times. The food bar was quite messy and the lights kept blasting in and out above us. I truly hope they can turn it around, because we usually love eating here. But honestly it'll be a while before we try again after last night I'll update my review with hopefully a better experience next time!"

"Cool place and great food. Was surprised at how long my order took to come out. My wife’s food came out at least 20 minutes before mine. She was already done eating and ready to go. I managed to wolf mine down and it tasted amazing. Just wish it came out more synchronized."
