We have eaten here for a work lunch multiple times Its great how much you can stack a medium with meat and veggies

Service was confused, took a long time for food to arrive. Don't bring kids. The ambiance in the grill was so dark grim and Un inviting, 1 star don't recommend.

Went by here to get take out on Sunday afternoon after not eating here for almost a year. Food was delicious and the service was amazing. Took us no time to get our food and head home. View menu

Olivia was my server, she was awesome. Kept checking on me and brought my food timely and with a smile. She is super nice and she needs a raise.Now the cost of food has gotten a lot of of hand. Hard to bring a family to this type of restaurant and spend 100.00. ?

I would give a zero if I could. Waited 20+ minutes for a drink waiter says I don 't know who your waiter is, let me find out proceeds to conversation with other staff who is waiting my table rather than asking at least for a drink. 5 plus minutes pass, still not service. Nothing. Never ever ever going back.

Today was my first time dining at Genghis Grill. I had always been curious about the restaurant as I had driven by it many times before. Upon entering, the waitress was kind enough to explain everything to me, knowing it was my first visit. I decided to order a medium bowl after looking over the menu. I returned to this restaurant for dinner after a long absence and I have mixed feelings about my experience. The food was good as usual, but the create-your-own option was limited. I understand that food supply may be short, but it was disappointing that the staff did not refill what they did have during dinner service. The service was the major issue. Our server was friendly, but did not respect our time or us. She struggled to remember our drink orders, left us waiting for over 20 minutes before taking our food order, and spent time talking to her manager instead of attending to us. Let me start off by saying the food is typically delicious. We have been here more then 5 times. It's very hit and miss with service. We always have a very long wait time- and not because they are busy. This particular visit was not great. The management was berating the staff publicly, many of the workers were glaring at customers and you could tell they didn't care or were having a very bad day. The workers who were genuinely trying their best seemed very nervous and it just felt like a bad environment energy wise. I try to give the benefit of the doubt and hope that this was just a fluke. Wait times and cook times are generally quite long for this restaurant so I wasn't expecting a lot, b...

The service here is not it. I'm not blaming anyone in particular but the execution is just terrible. We got here as a party of four at 8 pm and was told there would be a wait of 20-30 minutes. We waited for around 30 minutes, seeing very clearly that only 20% of the booths were actually filled and wondering if they forgot about us. As we were about to leave our hostess tells us our table is ready and we decide to give them another chance. Mistakes were made.. first they sat us in a booth that was being held together by duct tape.
