But this battered and fried pork cutlet is absolutely amazing. It seems like Joon might be using an air fryer because there’s not a hint of grease on the crispy coating or the succulent pork itself! He slices it into ten perfectly crunchy yet tender strips, served with plum sauce and sweet, tangy yellow radishes, along with kimchi on the side. This dish is nothing short of glorious!
I feel a bit guilty sticking with the same order every time, especially since Joon offers a wide variety of Korean delicacies. Plus, everything is reasonably priced! Joon and his team are consistently knocking it out of the park, and he is such a gracious and accommodating host. It’s definitely worth supporting this gem of a restaurant, and I’d happily drive a distance just to enjoy the food!"
