"And then there’s the Donkatsu—Joon, the friendly chef, has truly created a masterpiece! I had never tried anything like it before, and now it’s all I ever order. I know, I know—how boring! But this battered and fried pork cutlet is absolutely amazing. It seems like Joon might be using an air fryer because there’s not a hint of grease on the crispy coating or the succulent pork itself! He slices it into ten perfectly crunchy yet tender strips, served with plum sauce and sweet, tangy yellow radishes, along with kimchi on the side. This dish is nothing short of glorious! I feel a bit guilty sticking with the same order every time, especially since Joon offers a wide variety of Korean delicacies. Plus, everything is reasonably priced! Joon and his team are consistently knocking it out of the park, and he is such a gracious and accommodating host. It’s definitely worth supporting this gem of a restaurant, and I’d happily drive a distance just to enjoy the food!"

This place is absolutely delicious! The owner is a kind and friendly man who prepares all the food himself. I highly recommend trying the mandoo and jjangppong.

The highlight of my order was definitely the delivery driver. Unfortunately, the dumplings were dry and had a sour taste. Additionally, the portion sizes were quite small given the amount of food.

This cozy little shop may be small, but it serves delicious food and offers fast service. The owner, who is also the chef, frequently interacts with customers. Don't miss out on ordering the mandoo (dumplings) – they're a must-try! View menu

Jjajjangmyun sauce was great. The noodles seemed extremely overcooked and of varying sizes? Maybe I just had a bad round? The king mandu was ok, but nothing special. The bottoms were kind of thin/soggy and tore onto the plate and the meat plopped out...maybe I should have gotten the regular fried mandu?

In a quiet, unassuming plaza, Man Doo Rang is Korean comfort food central- the best I've had in a long time. Everything is delicious AND reasonably priced. Most items are $8-$15 with huge portion sizes. You will get full, I promise. They have everything from dumplings, kimbap, jjajjangmyun, tteokbokki, and pork cutlet. Our favorite items are the tang soo yuk and rapokki. Sometimes the chef comes out too and is super nice!

Our expectations for fried rice might differ between the east and west coasts. Just mixing cooked meat and some vegetables into sticky rice and labeling it as fried is a bit misleading. The dumplings were flavorful but not as juicy as we hoped. My daughter enjoyed the pan-fried dumplings, and the sesame sticky balls were decent. Overall, the food was quite average—nothing remarkable. Oh, and we only received ONE packet of soy sauce! View menu

The honey walnut shrimp was outstanding. I believe that steamed rice should be included without an additional charge. The pork dumplings were tasty, but I was unsure which sauce was meant for dipping. The shrimp tempura was decent; however, I requested extra tempura sauce and didn't receive it. The sauce I got didn't taste like the typical tempura dipping sauce. Additionally, there was a dark-colored oil-based sauce that I couldn't identify, and unfortunately, it wasn't enjoyable at all.

Service is fast, I even come here once a week. The owner is very polite and always offers more food for FREE if you are hungry. They even have a lot of trust to customer even if you say, could I pay back next time due to not having money. Their food is always hot and fresh and NEVER served cold food before. They got around 100 things around their menu and all of it tastes so good. Especially their spicy noodle soup, black bean noodles, and fried pork cutlet. Their dumpling is a perfect side if you are really hungry on that day. Their ambiance is full of great mood and always pumped up songs! Would recommend this place with you friends sometimes.

"I've eaten a lot of paintings here about the years. it has always been decent eating. no more. the last time will be our last time. the spicy thunfish in my hand roll and 2 of the sushi rolls we ordered were so extremely salty that he made it completely unusable. I had used the soy packages that they contained, and first thought they were the tattoo so that I threw out the sauce and used a low sodium that we have in the refrigerator. the same problem. only one bit on the spicy thunfish alone was the proof that it was the man. it was not the hurdle that was the problem, the thunfish was not really very spicy. it was simply extreme saltiness, which made her whole mouth salty for an hour afterwards. it's like it's kaustic. it was completely infallible. the sashimi and the other roll that did not contain the spicy thun were in order. I have eaten california rolling from 7 11 before. I had everything from food store sushi to chic restaurants that cost hundreds of dollars. I've never had a sushi that tasted so bad I refused to eat it. that was the worst sushi I've ever tried. we ordered by doordash, but I called her to see if they wanted to do it right before they only get a refund of the order by doordash. No, they didn't care. they even hanged on me. when they treat you like this after they have the nerve to eat something like that, they will never get another dimmy from me."
