Not only is the staff so friendly and understanding, the head sushi chef, who has had experience for many decades, is a true master at work. He hand picks A+ sushi quality fish from the fish market everyday: fish mostly from Japan, but also from other parts of the world such as Alaska and New Zealand. PLEASE NOTE This is not the place to order a spicy tuna hand roll, California roll, or any non traditional sushi items. Sushi Sushi offers many extraordinary specials. May I say, I would highly recommend an omakase to the average human being. For those curious, omakase is where the sushi chef hand selects prime A+ sushi without you knowing what you are going to get. The sushi chef will take care all of your allergies and preferences and make sure you are served with excellent care and given what you expect. Truthfully, I expected way less than what I received! The quality was stupendous, and I so enjoyed the sushi chef telling me where the fish I was eating came from. For example, I had many different pieces of Tunas and Salmons, all from different parts of the world! I left believing and knowing that my experience at Sushi Sushi was the best sushi I've ever devoured in my lifetime!
