"Ordered a large Pho. Usually a great dish. This time though, far from it. Had the option of three proteins. Paid extra for one of them, the filet mignon, which is almost as much as the whole pho dish itself. Figured I'd try it. (they had a number of paid optional proteins). I also ordered two of the proteins offered for free. Tendon and tripe, which I love over any of the other meats offered. I got the meat I paid for, which is good, but far from the reason I ordered this. The reason I ordered it? The tripe and tendon. And what was missing from my order? The tripe and tendon. I don't quite understand how hard it is to look at the order and add the items listed."
