"We travel to New Orleans for the food. This place is a must go too. It’s a Uber ride from downtown but worth it. The shrimp and crawfish combined was $20 total. The Vietnamese Creole fusion that has taken place here is absolute mastery. Don’t miss this opportunity.Vegetarian options: There are several on the menu.Kid-friendliness: They were welcoming to the kids that we saw coming in to eat.Parking: Lots of parking in front.Wheelchair accessibility: It’s in a strip mall. Boundary free inside the restaurant. Plenty of tables that are wheelchair accessible. The restroom might be difficult due to the size.Dietary restrictions: They ask right away about them."

The boiled shrimp was tough, overcooked, and lacked any flavor. It was completely overpriced and very disappointing.

Many restaurants were closed on Sunday, but this one was open every day of the week, which was perfect for us. The food was excellent, while the service was just alright. Overall, I would rate the food a 5/5.

The Lemon Grass Chicken Banh Mi (Ga xao xa ot) is undoubtedly the best Banh Mi Vietnamese PoBoy on the Westbank. It truly stands out! I highly recommend giving it a try if you haven't yet. I would rate it 5 out of 5, or even 10 out of 10! View menu

This place is SO DELICIOUS! I got the mango smoothie with lychee jelly, the grilled pork rice plate and shrimp spring roll. Everything was PERFECT I stayed a while longer just so I can finish my smoothie and relish in the endorphins that my food just gave me I didn't get a photo of my food because I was so lost in all the amazingness. EAT HERE before it gets too popular!

The crab Rangoon here is the best I've ever tasted! The combination dish (bun thap cam) and the stir-fried beef with chili oil were amazing as well. While I've had better pho, the broth was nice—light, but not as flavorful as some I've had before. Overall, this has become one of my new favorite restaurants. The portion sizes are generous, and the prices are quite reasonable.

In my opinion, if you decide to visit, I suggest sticking to the pho. I would have given this place a five-star rating if it weren't for the off-putting shrimp in the spring rolls. Additionally, the restaurant could use a little more attention to cleanliness; there was old soup splatter on the walls in our booth, and the condiment caddies were a bit dirty and rusted. On the bright side, we received friendly service from the young lady who was working that day. View menu

The food was pretty good. It was a slow night for business, so there was only one server, which made service very slow. However, there were only three tables to service with a total of six patrons in the restaurant. So, in my opinion, the service could have been better. That being said, I would visit again for two reasons. As I mentioned, the food was pretty good and I'd also like to give them the opportunity to provide better service. I will say our server was very nice.Good Times and Good Eats...

I recently had the pleasure of enjoying a fantastic dish of spicy crawfish that really hit the spot. The crawfish were large and full of flavor, and I was particularly impressed by the perfect balance of spices—there was just the right amount of heat without it being overwhelming. What also made the dish stand out was its lack of excessive salt, which allowed the natural sweetness of the crawfish to shine. It was a delightful culinary experience, and I highly recommend it to all seafood lovers in search of a perfectly spiced and not-too-salty crawfish dish.

"We just got back home from a ridiculously horrid experience thanks to an unprofessional manager on duty named Cara. We picked up an expensive order from a nearby restaurant which included a free sundae for Teacher Appreciation Week, and decided to stop at this Panera to pickup a complimentary drink as part of the drink promo. We literally waited in the drive thru for 45 minutes thanks to the poorly designed drive through which prevents cars from driving out of the drive in the event that a customer changes their mind or there is an emergency. What angered us is that the car in front of us held up the line for 20 of that 45 minutes but that customer should have been instructed to pull up to a holding space until their order was brought to them. When we finally reached the pickup window, we asked for a manager and that was Cara who needs to be fired for incompetency! She lied and said she did not have staff to take orders to cars, yet we witnessed a worker who did just that for another customer who pulled to a wait space. We showed her the melted sundae and advised that our food was cold but she did not care, only saying there is nothing I can do She kept asking what I wanted and when I advised her to compensate me for my food order from the other restaurant, she said, again, she is not responsible for orders from someplace else. Why ask me? Furthermore, we tried calling twice to ask that they instruct the other customer in front of us to pull up but they never answered the phone. I was so mad, I left without the drink and thinking I will never return! Awful manager! Awful decision on Panera's part to hire Cara who is incapable of making common sense decisions."
