"I was really looking forward to dining in the upstairs skylight atrium, as advertised on OpenTable, but it turned out there was a private event happening. The communication about this was quite lacking. The hostess informed me that the upstairs area was for reservations only, but I did have a reservation. Later, I found out there was an event taking place, which may explain her message. Unfortunately, this simple communication issue left a negative impression, but the rest of the staff were excellent, and the food was absolutely delicious. Because of this, I would be willing to give the restaurant another chance."
