"Every time we visit Wingstop, the kitchen is bustling with activity, but getting our order can feel like pulling teeth. Whether it's that the kitchen forgot to call out names or we arrived too late, the front of house staff seems unable to double-check the orders, even when asked. They'll call some names and skip over others, often standing idle. Last night, there was a lobby full of about 20 people all waiting for their orders. It wasn't until we inquired twice about what orders were ready that anyone started receiving their food. Our bag had been sitting on the shelf for the entire 30 minutes we were there and was never called out until we pushed the staff again to read off some names. By the time we got home, the food was, of course, cold. I'm not sure if it's mismanagement or something else, but this has been our experience at Wingstop every. single. time. The menu might offer great options, but the service really needs improvement."
