"We did a walk-in order at 4:45pm I ordered 3pc tender, two 8pc classic’s. Drove all the way back home in Lacey after the end of my day to see the that we we didn’t receive our garlic parmesan crispy wings. So I called the store and spoke to Maurice to let him know we patiently waited and didn’t receive that part of the along w/the fried (should’ve been 3) he asked me to hold and came back and said his cook put them in the middle of mango habanero mild classic. So I move some paper and see what I thought was 8 garlic wings and told him thank you. He just hangs up. I pull them all out and they shorted me on the garlic wings. So I call back and speak to a woman (didn’t catch her name) tell her about it and she said there is nothing they can do and that she can give her manager my name and number. I live in Lacey, it’s easier for me to dispute it with my bank and I let her know. It’s unbelievable that you can wait patiently and understand that people are just working in the food industry, so I keep that in mind. Just to be missing 4 wings and some fries and basically it’s a forget you, we got your money oh well. If you like losing money and getting chumped, here’s the place to go. Hopefully the Lakewood location isn’t owned by the same owner."

This is the first time ive tried Wingstop. I ordered 15 wings...but only received 10. The ones i did receive were not good. Some over cooked or perhaps just dry, a few may not have been cooked enough. Flavor, not so good either. 15-20min later, i was running to the bathroom

Only food chain in the area that literally will have you waiting more than 45 minutes for an order whether online order or over the phone, cause they don’t allow walk ins anymore. You’re better off going to Buffalo Wild Wings because you’ll be served quicker than here and that’s Facts.

WellDone Lemon Pepper was fat with very little spice, said the manager that he already cooked them extra. Offered a recook according to opinion diversity and statement “I’m just going to her home, they’re under.” Sprite was from soda water. 3. Not a satisfying lunch about chicken. Nice Jr staff Good Fries Tasty spicy Mais Fluffy bread *Meal saved by a burger of Legendz; so delicious View menu

I am a loyal customer from Texas who has been eating at Wingstop for over 15 years. I just wanted to give a shoutout to the amazing team at this location. My husband and I stopped in for dinner and the restaurant was packed, but the staff handled the orders efficiently and with a smile. Their organization, speed, and friendliness made for a great dining experience. Keep up the good work!

Yeah, this place is trash. Routinely closes early (but DOES NOT update their hours on Google or anywhere else), very dirty, if you order online expect to wait at least 45 minutes PAST your scheduled pickup time. Seriously drive to a different location because Tacoma can't get it together. Your food will be better and you might not have to wait an hour beyond when they tell you it'll be ready.

I have always enjoyed this restaurant! The boneless wings come in a variety of delicious flavors, the ranch sauce is amazing, and the fries are definitely worth the carbs and calories. In fact, they are some of the best fries I have ever had! But wait, the new sandwiches are absolutely worth all the hype they receive. Every sandwich I have tried is fantastic. This place has become my new addiction! I will definitely be back soon. Apologies for not having any pictures, we were too busy enjoying the food to remember to take any! View menu

This is the second time over ordered at this location and arrived 45 minutes after my order was placed online and my order still isn’t ready. The app says my order was completed but when I showed up staff said it would be 10 minutes. After going to get a car was and wasting 15 minutes I can back yo be told it will be yet another 10 minutes: it’s now been 1 hour and my small order of 30 wings still isn’t ready. Staff is unapologetic and rude. No responsibility for telling me it would be 10 minutes and to come back later just to be told it will be another 10 minutes. The app says my order was completed 15 minutes ago now. Store is dirty, lobby is still closed for no reason.

Beaten some voodoo friars and they were ridiculously spiced. We couldn't even eat them. We called the store to see if we could come to a menu or refund for the next time, and the manager said we would have to bring the food back for each correction. We informed them that we were 20 minutes away and were unable to bring the food back, she said well, there is nothing I can do. We asked if we could bring it back tomorrow, and she said no. She said she can pass the information to the regional manager, but honestly they won't do anything if we don't bring the food back. We asked when we could expect a call, she said, she doesn't know and can't tell us. We ordered other articles and only complain...

"Great restaurant with good food and service. Staff was very accommodating though we did not have a reservation on a Friday night. The ribeye steak was cooked to perfection. Loved the lamb shanks this is a must have. Halibut was also very tasty. One feedback on the roasted calamari is the spices were a bit overpowering, which did not do justice to the amazing sauce with garlic and parsley. The dessert menu is excellent and well thought in conjunction with the rest of the menu. The bourbon chocolate cake is with rich dark chocolate I absolutely loved the sticky texture and how the whipped cream complemented it. I suggest you get the cream on the side to adjust the balance to your liking. One other thing I recomend is the house limoncello with the bourbon chocolate cake as it helps to ease the intense (but very pleasant) chocolate flavor with every two to three spoons. The culinary experience was very satisfactory. In terms of price, be prepared to pay about $80 per person including the tip. I think this price is worth it especially on special occasions. By the way, I really appreciated the disclosure at the bottom of the menu with regular font size (rather than the small print most restaurants do) regarding the 20% tip policy. Furthermore, the communication that 70% of the tip going directly to our server while the remaining 30% going to their welfare expenses was transparecy at its best. I think other restaurants should take Primo as a role model in terms of how tipping policy works and should be communicated to the patrons. Well done Primo! I hope to see you soon thank you for a wonderful evening Parking: It was a bit hard to find a spot."
