"The comments about poor service are well-deserved. After we were seated we waited 20 minutes for anyone to greet us and offer us water. One of the waiters finally noticed we had nothing but salt and pepper shakers in front of us. She apologized for the wait and promptly brought our drinks and took our order. After our entrees arrived another woman came over and also apologized explaining that she was assigned to our table but hadn’t noticed that we had been seated because she was also busy managing the bar in the back of the room. My entree (seafood pasta) arrived cold and before I’d had 2 bites of my salad. Clearly rushed out to us as a make-good from a plate that had been sitting in the kitchen. Latitude 38 has a lot of potential with their location and the food was “good” once it was warmed up. But until it is under new management that understands “service”, we won’t be back. There are too many alternatives in downtown Annapolis."
