"My date and I had an absolutely horrendous experience last night and it had nothing to do with the food. We had drinks and appetizers before anyone brought flatware to our table and I had to ask for it. We never got our bread and that was due to it being delivered to the table behind us. I nicely said to the server that I thought the runner accidentally delivered it there, she said she’d look into it and then I’m guessing didn’t? At least it was taken off of the bill. The runners behavior was erratic and when I mentioned it to the server as I’ve spent many years in the food industry, she said it was her brother and had a nasty attitude. The entrees took about 40 minutes which would be totally fine if they would’ve kept the drinks full. To round it all out, after paying (and still leaving a 20% tip), the runner had the nerve to say to my date on the way out “thanks for the compliment” in a snarky sarcastic manner. At a restaurant that averages $50+pp, this experience was absolutely unacceptable. I really wanted to love the restaurant as I am pretty local and I can confidently say I would never go nor recommend latitude 38° again."

On the corner downtown Annapolis. I would say it is over priced for the quality of the food. We sat outside and had a nice view of the water. The crabcake okay but lacked flavor. Would have to try again.

Waterfront is a bit misleading. The water is in the other side if a parking lot so most views are of cars. We got a view of two trucks and a camper! Food was solid but a bit pricey for the portion. Our server was terrific.

Honestly, I can't say too much other than the staff (the bartender in particular) are extremely rude. We've been here several times in the past. Food is okay, nothing special. But this last visit was not a good experience. The location may be appealing but the staff made us walk out. Shame. Won't be going back. View menu

It was way too hot in the dining area so they put us in the doorway of the entrance, no ambience, but cooler. My grandson spilled his water and the 3 hostesses just sat there and didn't offer any help. They just stared at us. Way overpriced but pretty good food. Cocktails are undrinkable. Get beer or wine. Will not go again!!Vegetarian options: Salads.

My server, Andre, is definitely a keeper. He was attentive but not overboard, just the right amount of assistance. The grapefruit crush is a great drink, again, thanks to Andre. Had the crab dip, just me for lunch. It was amazing. Thanks, Latitude for a great experience in Annapolis. Met the owner in the way in, he was helpful and accommodating. I am on a trip to DC, decided to drive to Annapolis, don't miss this gem.Parking: Lots of room on a Thursday afternoon, not very expensive. The restaurant may have free parking, I didn't ask.
