"My family are LONG time patrons of this location. Stacey makes sure everyone is taken care of and she is possibly one of the most generous, courteous, friendly and genuine people on the planet. She has redefined or possibly embodied great customer service for years. But this review is to recognize Bethany clearly a Stacey protege! We stopped off for a couple slices of cake and a cupcake for our daughter. While there, I remembered that back when they offered whoopie pies (and they are the BEST whoopie pies so I hope they return soon) Stacey had mentioned that we could customize them with whatever buttercream filling we wanted. I wondered if they could do the same with their amazing cookies and make a cookie sandwich. No problem, said Bethany and she accommodated my rather self indulgent request. As we were ordering, a woman left without her credit card and Bethany started out after her. The woman was a ways away, so I stepped outside and gave a good dad yell that she forgot her card. She turned around and Bethany was able to catch up to her and give her back her card. So, when we are wrapping up our order, Bethany asks, If you were going to get another cupcake, which flavor would it be? A little confused, we said red velvet. She said she would give us that one for my being a good samaritan and calling out to the woman who forgot her credit card. Score! Bethany is all the things about why we love this location. The bakery items are always amazing but the staff is seriously the nicest and most polite and helpful team I 've ever seen in a food establishment. If you can, you have to give them a try."
