"My family are LONG time patrons of this location. Stacey makes sure everyone is taken care of and she is possibly one of the most generous, courteous, friendly and genuine people on the planet. She has redefined or possibly embodied great customer service for years. But this review is to recognize Bethany clearly a Stacey protege! We stopped off for a couple slices of cake and a cupcake for our daughter. While there, I remembered that back when they offered whoopie pies (and they are the BEST whoopie pies so I hope they return soon) Stacey had mentioned that we could customize them with whatever buttercream filling we wanted. I wondered if they could do the same with their amazing cookies and make a cookie sandwich. No problem, said Bethany and she accommodated my rather self indulgent request. As we were ordering, a woman left without her credit card and Bethany started out after her. The woman was a ways away, so I stepped outside and gave a good dad yell that she forgot her card. She turned around and Bethany was able to catch up to her and give her back her card. So, when we are wrapping up our order, Bethany asks, If you were going to get another cupcake, which flavor would it be? A little confused, we said red velvet. She said she would give us that one for my being a good samaritan and calling out to the woman who forgot her credit card. Score! Bethany is all the things about why we love this location. The bakery items are always amazing but the staff is seriously the nicest and most polite and helpful team I 've ever seen in a food establishment. If you can, you have to give them a try."

Always busy. Reliable. There are independent non chain bakeries that I like but SusieCakes is convenient with pre-order for pick up. Also, nice when giving treats for special occasion such as office birthdays!

Ordered a red velvet cake for my son's birthday party and everyone asks where I got it from. The cake was moist and not too sweet! It was on the pricier side for a small cake but it was worth it (once in a while).

I ordered 3 doz mini cupcakes for an event. $30 per dozen so almost )100.00. Took them to my event, dry AF.. terrible. I believe they freeze them, then take them out then frost them..they were the worst ever not moist at all.. View menu

Our family loves SusieCakes! The celebration cake is the quintessential birthday cake and meets our expectations each and every time. The entire team here is super friendly, helpful and very accommodating. I'm so glad it is nearby, albeit dangerous. Yum!!

I have to say, I've earned my loyalty status with this place! The quality of their cakes has never let me down. My personal favorites are the chocolate, lemon, and award-winning carrot cake trio. Even though I’m not gluten-free, their chocolate gluten-free cupcakes are simply incredible!

absolutely the best cakes of all time. my tante had a piece of her carrot cake and said it was better than the caption of her mother's carrot cake. my favorite and my suggestion for all people from now on to beginning september, please try the seasonal cupcake strawberry rosé! it was shocking! the best cupcake I ever had. no lie! Wow! I absolutely love this place! The atmosphere is warm and inviting, making you feel like you’re in a delightful little world of sweets. Their chocolate cookies are my absolute favorite, but I also enjoy the cupcakes and cakes. Honestly, everything here is fantastic! The cookies are buttery and fresh, and the whole place has an incredible aroma. Cheers to that!

I was so impressed by the performance and quality that I decided to order a birthday cake for my mother just a week later. The cake looked absolutely delightful in person (even better than the photos on the website), and Sharon was so sweet and friendly when she delivered it to me. Truly, the nicest people work here, and I’m incredibly grateful for the past two weeks that have been filled with wonderful milestone moments for my family. Thank you!
