"If I could give this place a zero rating, I would. I was there placing an order for someone else when I overheard another customer complaining that her food was burned. Instead of addressing her concerns appropriately by offering to remake her meal, the manager spoke to her in a disrespectful manner and refused to issue a refund. To make matters worse, he even called the police when she requested her money back. If this meal had been for me, I would have walked out. I’ll definitely inform the person I was ordering for about this horrible experience, and I’m sure they’ll choose not to eat here either. This establishment is disappointing and unsettling; the manager's behavior is both appalling and disrespectful. They will never see my business again!"
