Hibachi To Go - Menu

I absolutely love this place! The food is fantastic and the customer service is excellent. I ordered the shrimp and chicken combo, which comes with a generous portion of food and plenty of vegetables. Highly recommend!

If you're craving Hibachi but short on time, this is the perfect spot for you. The food is incredibly delicious and offers great value for the price. I was able to enjoy a fantastic meal and be back out the door in under 10 minutes. Food: 5/5

Terrible, terrible experience. It was disgusting, and I won’t be returning. I ordered vegetables and instead got a fish bowl. When I called to let them know about the mistake, the person on the other end just said, "I know," and then hung up on me. View menu

The food is good, but the woman who takes orders and handles payments is one of the rudest people I've ever come across. When I asked for extra soy sauce, she gave me a look as if I were a nuisance. It probably costs a penny, yet she treats it like it's a huge inconvenience. Overall, while the food is great, her attitude really detracts from the experience.

I've been visiting this restaurant for years, but over the past year, I've had to call in to voice my complaints after every order. The yum yum sauce has been watered down, the rice is often old, hard, or in excess, and the little bit of chicken I did get was tasteless. I used to be able to share an order with my daughter, but tonight I only enjoyed the onions. The woman at the register is consistently rude, and when I called to express my dissatisfaction with the food, she reacted defensively after reading my review online. Be careful, prices may not be as they appear . I want mixed vegetables. Yelp menu says $5.99. On the phone, they confirm $5.99. I get there and they say $6.99...because I'm not getting an entrée. (make it make sense-why-if anything, it should be less) . She shows the exception on the back tinted menu. I show the omission on the yelp menu. She sticks to her position. I walk out (it's the principle of the matter and I'm tired of being taken advantage of for no good reason). I go to #1 in Warrensville. They are happy to offer soy sauce. I get mixed veggies AND rice for less than the Hibachi 2 Go yelp price

I visited this restaurant today to place an order, but I ended up walking out. While I was there, I witnessed another customer being yelled at by the manager regarding an order that they refused to refund. The young lady showed me her egg rolls, which were really burnt. Initially, she just asked them to remake the dish, but the manager insisted nothing was wrong with it and said that's how they prepare them. The manager also told her there was nothing she could do. I lost patience when they didn’t offer her a refund or a new order and even called the police on her for their mistake. I definitely won't be returning, and they won't get my business again.

If I could give this place a zero rating, I would. I was there placing an order for someone else when I overheard another customer complaining that her food was burned. Instead of addressing her concerns appropriately by offering to remake her meal, the manager spoke to her in a disrespectful manner and refused to issue a refund. To make matters worse, he even called the police when she requested her money back. If this meal had been for me, I would have walked out. I’ll definitely inform the person I was ordering for about this horrible experience, and I’m sure they’ll choose not to eat here either.
