"Hate writing bad reviews but at some point maybe it will make them make a change. When this location first opened it was awesome!! Over the last several months it's steadily declined and on the regular they forget a fry. Tonight had a very long wait in the drive through, lobby was closed so I waited. I presumed that 4 burgers and 4 fries was easy enough to make sure you have the whole order. I was wrong. Missing a fry for an order of 4 combos. I get they were swamped tonight but it happens almost every time i come to this location. Flavor of breakfast burrito has diminished lately too and I just find myself ready to drive farther to a different blakes. Literally the last 5 times I've been here 4 of them have left me dissatisfied."

"The food at this restaurant was amazing! The burgers were delicious, the fries were well-seasoned, and the onion rings were crispy. However, I ordered two of everything but only received one of each. I was disappointed in the lack of attention to detail with the orders. Now I am not only missing out on a meal with my partner, but I am also out over $30 and had to reorder delivery. It's a shame because I would definitely eat here again, but I will not be using DoorDash."

"After the restaurant we planned to be closed, we stopped at Blake's Lotaburger. It was a national onion ring day, so we chose onion rings. I had added a chicken sandwich with Luke Green Chili and my husband had a new Mexican style Lotaburger with a chocolate shake. The food was amazing, the onion rings were so good, and the hatch green chiles on every sandwich were perfection. I would recommend and will eat there again if in Gallup."

"Lotaburger did not disappoint. Everything was delicious from the green Chile burger to the buffalo chicken sandwich and the fries which were basically rallys fries which is awesome. "We definitely need a Lota Blake burger in Texas! However, maybe it's best for some chains to stay rooted in their own states. I tried the Lotaburger prepared New Mexico style, and it truly revived my belief that fast food, especially burgers, can still be incredible. I polished off that burger in less than five minutes while driving on Highway 550 back to Houston. I would suggest milkshake refills… okay, maybe that’s a stretch, but I ordered chocolate and now I’m craving vanilla. The milkshake was quite good, and I was tempted to try the dulce de leche flavor, but my brain told me to save it for next time. The quarter-pound beef patty was cooked to perfection, and even when I doubled up, it remained juicy, with melty cheese and a delightful drizzle of grease—simply fantastic! The seasoned fries were exactly as others have described: a must-have and spot on. You won't have to make a lengthy stop, as the service was quick, and the customer service at the Aztec location was exceptionally friendly and excellent."

"I was hoping to place an order over the phone so it would be ready on my way home but it took me almost 20 minutes to finally place it only to tell me that I had to pay with my debit card so they can start cooking my food. My card wasn't going through so I had to drive there and place the order.. it was so close to closing and I know they were about to clean up. I felt so bad but they bit their tongues and made my order. I apologized for coming so late .. I explained to them I tried over and over to place my order earlier over the phone.. this automated thing is always a hassle for me, not sure if anyone has the same problem but I'm super grateful to the evening crew... again I'm sorry for the late order... they are awesome!!"

"This was the first restaurant I tried after arriving in New Mexico. I didn't have high expectations since it was a chain restaurant, but I was pleasantly surprised with what I received. Typically, fast food joints serve squished burgers, but this burger had a solid structure and clearly defined layers. The Hatch green chile was delicious and instantly won me over to New Mexico chile. The fries were cooked to perfection with a crispy outside and a soft inside. They even gave me a fountain cup filled with crushed ice so I could make myself a makeshift slushie. Overall, it was a very enjoyable experience."

"I stopped at the Rio Grande location for a breakfast burrito. They have a good one, in the top five, but the most expensive of the top five. However, they DON'T serve these after 11. Most other Lotaburgers DO. I settled for a hamburger. Decent, butwithout the great green chili added it would have been less than decent. The service however SUCKED. Rude, absent from the frontcounter, and ignored my wave to get someone's attention. The experience was so bad I thought of rating it a 2, but previousbetter experiences allowed me to leave it at a 3."

"Ordered 0nline ten minutes later went to pick up 20 minutes before they closed,,, doors were locked. Nobody would answer the phone so had to go bang on the door until somebody came to the front counter and just starting cutting her hand across her neck saying we're closed. When I said I had an online order, she just shrugged and said closed. When I asked about a refund she just said I would get it. "Burger taste: fantastic Burger size for : fantastic Fries: 10/10 Side note: i had the NM style burger and although it was good it was as if the cook scooped up a ladle of grease and put it in the wrapper with the burger. I gagged because the bun was so soggy and doughy. I ended up eating the contents with a fork and knife and really enjoyed it after dabbing the patty with a napkin to get the copious amounts of grease off. Never seen that before in my life. I mean it was literally streaming out of the whole to-go bag and soaking into the fries."
