"Ordered 0nline ten minutes later went to pick up 20 minutes before they closed,,, doors were locked. Nobody would answer the phone so had to go bang on the door until somebody came to the front counter and just starting cutting her hand across her neck saying we're closed. When I said I had an online order, she just shrugged and said closed. When I asked about a refund she just said I would get it. This location always has apathetic staff.who seem bothered that's we are ordering."

I have to say, the burgers at this restaurant were absolutely fantastic. While they were a bit lacking in seasoning, my homemade salsa was able to make up for it.

My order was messed up when they asked me to specify which toppings I wanted on my sandwich, and then expected me to remove them myself. The seasoned fries were oddly coated and seemed dirty.

Of course this place wasn't overcrowded, it's because NO ONE was even there to open the restaurant it says online, on the doors also. Well we were there at 7:00 am yet at 7:10 still no one there.

blake’s is a staple of new mexico and has been a fan favorite for many years. this particular situation is particularly good. all good was fresh, the staff were all in good mood, and I got my order pretty fast. if they want to eat fast that feels like sitting restaurant quality, they go to this blake’s lotaburger

This was my first time trying a burger with traditional New Mexico chilis at this restaurant. I also ordered spiced fries and a shake. There was nothing particularly out of the ordinary about my meal, but the burger was quite good. I appreciate the history of Blake's Lotaburger and enjoyed seeing the pictures on the wall of the early shops that were opened.
