"I ordered a pizza that was burnt and nearly inedible. When I reached out to customer service, I felt like I was being given the runaround. I was promised compensation, but that never materialized. Despite repeatedly informing them that the credit they claimed had been added to my account wasn’t there, I ended up paying for two more mediocre pizzas while trying to fix the issue. In the end, they didn’t offer any real assistance. My expectations are usually quite low, but this experience was truly disappointing. Jeffrey Morin, the area manager, did not help at all. Save your money and go to Little Caesar’s instead."
