"I ordered a pizza that was burnt and nearly inedible. When I reached out to customer service, I felt like I was being given the runaround. I was promised compensation, but that never materialized. Despite repeatedly informing them that the credit they claimed had been added to my account wasn’t there, I ended up paying for two more mediocre pizzas while trying to fix the issue. In the end, they didn’t offer any real assistance. My expectations are usually quite low, but this experience was truly disappointing. Jeffrey Morin, the area manager, did not help at all. Save your money and go to Little Caesar’s instead."

The delivery service is really poor; they mess up your order every time. To make things worse, if you raise any concerns or complaints, they will refuse to deliver to you. It's quite unprofessional.

The staff here are fantastic! I placed an order online, and a friendly gentleman called me to confirm my order because I had made an error. I was really impressed by his proactive approach. Plus, their food is consistently delicious!

The only Papa Gino’s that ACTUALLY PUTS SWEET ITALIAN SAUSAGE AND GRILLED MUSHROOMS IN ABUNDANCE ON what now is VERY EXPENSIVE PIZZA ?
