"More often than not, the experience is just okay, but mostly mediocre. Their website was down for two days in a row, showing the store as closed, but when we called, they were actually open. The person on the phone explained it was because they had to close early the day before and never fixed the site. That’s frustrating since I order online using my loyalty account and the coupon codes I receive by email. What’s the point of the loyalty account if I can’t use it? A couple of weeks ago, I went in to pick up an order and my pizza was missing, so I had to wait an extra 20 minutes for a new one to be made. Even the staff at the counter kept saying it was almost ready, but it was the manager who finally realized it wasn’t anywhere to be found. Tonight, I ordered delivery with an estimated wait time of an hour, which is reasonable for a Saturday night, but the food didn’t arrive until 25 minutes after that. On top of that, the quality was really disappointing. I received only about a dozen French fries in my chicken tenders basket, and they were undercooked and cold. The breadsticks had barely any cheese, were overcooked, and cold as well. Unfortunately, the quality seems to be getting worse. Outsourcing delivery to DoorDash won’t help either, since DoorDash orders consistently take twice as long as a regular driver."
