Papa Gino's serves the best pizza, without a doubt! This location is my favorite. The staff is very friendly and always remembers my order, particularly Carla. She goes above and beyond to make sure customers feel appreciated. She is a tremendous asset to the company.

This restaurant used to be fantastic, but it all changed when they began using DoorDash for delivery. I waited over two hours for my food, only for DoorDash to cancel my order and charge me without delivering anything. I had to drive there to sort out the issue. I won’t be coming back.

I accidentally placed an order with the wrong Papa Gino's location, but the manager at the Wareham location promptly took care of it. They even contacted the other store to cancel the mistaken order. Although it was entirely my error, the manager delivered outstanding customer service! View menu

Thank you for the birthday pizza! The service here has consistently been outstanding. The pizza is delicious, and I particularly enjoy when they brush the crust with oil just for me. Everything is always handled smoothly without any hassle. If you’re thinking about going, definitely do it—you won’t regret it!

The cashier wearing the illuminated mask provided my family and me with exceptional service. She truly went above and beyond to assist us, and her cheerful attitude made a significant impact. I wish there were more people like her! She really brightened my day. Additionally, the food was outstanding. Thank you to everyone for your hard work and for delivering such fantastic service.

I drive 1 hour to work in wareham. I do not regret it one bit. The drive no matter the time is so smooth. Never congested with cars. The team are all working together and its a wonderful place to also work if interested. We are hiring so apply online its that simple. The food i personally give it 5 stars. I've always loved Papa Gino's, but lately, my experience has taken a turn for the worse since they switched to using DoorDash for deliveries. Unfortunately, DoorDash is often late, brings the wrong items, and then expects a tip despite the errors. For example, today the delivery driver arrived with five pizzas, even though I only ordered two pizzas, one order of breadsticks, and a Super Steak sub. When I placed the order, it was supposed to arrive at 5 PM. Instead, I got a call around 5:40 from DoorDash, but they were at the wrong address across town. They delivered half my order at 6 PM, and then another driver showed up 30 minutes later with the rest of it, lingering awkwardly and expect...

A few days ago, I went to Papa Gino’s for a quick dinner after work, and I was really impressed with the service. I’m pretty particular about where I get my pizza, so since it was my first time ordering from Papa Gino’s, I felt a bit uncertain. However, the woman at the front—whose name I believe was Carla—was wearing a light-up mask and was incredibly friendly and approachable. More often than not, the experience is just okay, but mostly mediocre. Their website was down for two days in a row, showing the store as closed, but when we called, they were actually open. The person on the phone explained it was because they had to close early the day before and never fixed the site. That’s frustrating since I order online using my loyalty account and the coupon codes I receive by email. What’s the point of the loyalty account if I can’t use it?
