"I went to the restaurant for dinner and ordered several crabs. I requested mine to be steamed with Old Bay seasoning, but initially received a crab boil instead. After ordering more crab steamed with Old Bay, I was served plain steamed crabs with Old Bay on the side. The hostess was rude, which was not the first time we had encountered her unfriendly demeanor. On a previous occasion, she had told us they were not seating anyone when I asked for clarification, and when I questioned why, she said her manager had instructed her to do so, rolled her eyes, and resumed using her phone. This time, she was once again preoccupied with her phone and had a negative attitude, barely acknowledging us when seating us. However, our server, Natalie, saved the day with her exceptional service. If I were to rate this restaurant based solely on her performance, I would give it five stars."

"I found the crab to be tough and uncooked, and they didn’t provide a cracker for me. The seasoning was too diluted. When I asked the server for a crab cracker, she told me they were out of stock and suggested I use my teeth instead. I had to wait for another customer to finish their meal before they cleaned and brought a cracker to me. I won’t be returning. The only good thing was the potato. The coleslaw tasted sour and had the consistency of baby food. The fried calamari wasn’t good either."

"We ordered a half-pound bag of crab legs, half a pound of shrimp, and sausage (which was decent, though it didn’t really complement the rest of the dish), along with one egg, one potato, and an acorn cob, which you could substitute. The sauce in the bag was acceptable, but it didn't compare to the Boiling Crab, which is usually our first choice; we wanted to try something new this time. They didn’t have any limes, but at least they offered lemons. Overall, the crab legs were good, and the shrimp was also tasty. I appreciated that they pre-peeled the shrimp, as it made it much easier to eat. We’re likely to give this place another chance the next time we’re in the area."

"Firstly, I ordered the shrimp with the Captain's sauce, mild, because I had a craving, especially since I'm currently pregnant. However, there were issues with my order. To start, the shrimp were served at different temperatures, which raises concerns about food safety. Secondly, both the shrimp and the corn were under-seasoned. As someone who cooks often and has Caribbean roots, I'm accustomed to dishes bursting with flavor—not just salt. Speaking of the sauce, it tasted overwhelmingly salty. Without the lemon to cut through that, I wouldn't have been able to finish it. On a positive note, the lemons were sweet and refreshing. I genuinely hope that the restaurant brings in a chef who can refine this recipe. Best of luck to them, but I won't be ordering again."
