"We had dinner at Cascade at Durham Springs last Saturday night. It's a little difficult to find, but well worth it. The atmosphere was wonderful and the service impeccable. The food is presented very well. My biggest complaint is that the menu for that evening was not even close to the posted menu online, and they do have limited choices. When I choose a restaurant I always check out their menu before making a reservation. When I checked The Cascade menu there were at least 3 dinner items that were interesting to me. When we saw the menu for that evening, there was not 1 item that appealed to me. That was very disappointing. I ordered something that I didn't really want; and, consequently was disappointed."
